If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our website immediately. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Pricing

All product prices displayed on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. HanaHerbal reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue product prices and availability at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product available for purchase, including the right to cancel or refuse orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

3. Orders & Payment

We accept a variety of payment methods including UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Upon successful placement of an order, you will receive an order confirmation via the email address provided at checkout. HanaHerbal reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion and will issue a full refund for any such cancellation. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, and a binding contract is formed only upon dispatch of the goods.

4. Shipping

Standard shipping within India typically takes 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, HanaHerbal is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at enquiry@hanaherbal.in with your order number and reason for return. Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, icons, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of HanaHerbal or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. 7. Limitation of Liability
